WEB SHOP

2.Luonto (toinenluonto) business ID 2837623-7 sells products online to private persons of age and firms in Finland (and by agreement to abroad). Products’ prices include value added tax. We reserve the right to changes of prices and delivery costs.

ORDERING

Products are ordered from web shop’s home page at www.toinenluonto.fi by moving them to the shopping cart and paying the content of the shopping cart in the checkout service.

All customer data is handled confidentially. Information asked during ordering isn’t used in anything else than product’s delivery or clearing an unclear situation occurring in delivery, unless otherwise stated. When ordering through the web shop, it’s required to get to know and indent to current order terms.

PAYING AND PAYMENT METHOD

PAYMENT WITH BANK PAYMENT BUTTON

You can use every Finnish banks’ payment buttons, so you can pay with Nordea, Osuuspankki, Säästöpankki, POP-pankki, Danske Bank, Handelsbank, S-pankki, Ålandsbanken and LähiTapiola-pankki in the web shop. As the payee in your bank statement appears Checkout Finland Oy. Checkout-payment intermediation service transmits your payment to the seller.

PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARDS

You can pay with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Debit-MasterCard in the web shop. Card payment happens safely with Nets’ SSL-protected payment form. The webshop or Checkout Finland Oy don’t have access to card information and the card information will not be saved to our systems. The web shop uses international Verified by Visa and MasterCard – SecureCode –authentication services.

The web shop uses Checkout-payment intermediation service in card payments. The web shop works as product and service marketer and as product deliverer to customers. The web shop takes care of statutory and other self-specified obligations relating to transaction. In card payments the transaction develops between the customer and Checkout Finland Oy (2196606-6). Checkout Finland Oy oversees obligations and consumer complaints relating to card payments. Checkout appears as the payee on card bill and transmits the customer’s card payment straight to the seller.

ORDER AND PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

After a successful order, an order confirmation is send to your email, which acts as a copy of the purchase. Sending the confirmation message requires giving a working email address when ordering.

Your order’s delivery cost can be seen in the delivery and choice of payment –page.

DELIVERY TIME

Our most common delivery times in Finland are 2-7 days depending on the order and delivery choice.

More precise delivery times are notified in the order confirmation. We do not take charge of delays caused by overpowering obstacles or the disadvantage they may cause. Abnormal delivery times are notified in the home page of the web shop.

RETURN AND CHANGE TERMS

Stated in the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to change or return your whole order or a part of it within 14 days after receiving the order. The right to return only applies to vendible products.

PROBLEM SITUATIONS

If you have problems with a product, it has gone missing, it has been damaged during delivery or otherwise doesn’t match your order, you must notify the problem within 14 days in writing to the address seen in the contact information or by calling to the phone number seen in the contact information.
If a disagreement related to trade deal can’t be resolved with negotiations between the parties, the consumer can bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must be in contact with Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
