Bat nest

A flat enclosure, with three separate departments for bats, that are joined by holes in the spacing walls. The bats can switch from one department to another by temperature or by number of conspecifics. The nest box is maintenance-free and fully clean. Bats don’t excrete feces inside the nest.

Fastening instruction

The nest box should be fastened to an outside wall of a building to at least 3 metres height. Sunlight should be directed to the nest for 6-8 hours in a day, so it doesn’t need to be placed in the shade. Bat nest box can also be put on to a pole or a tree, but then it needs to be equipped with special bars.
